Expose "Open" issues more in the UI
We're likely to have at least some delay between first responding to a support and resolving it. I'd like to see:
- An "Open" with count below the "Inbox" link on the sidebar
- An "Open" issue dashboard counter.

Alright, I've changed around the sidebar a bit -- next deploy you should see a open issues exposed more in the UI.
