Better status icons
The current icons don't have much contrast, it's somewhat hard to see at a glance what exactly the state of each item is. Here's some majicks I did using a userscript:
Now, "open" and "assigned" are still hard to tell apart, maybe give "open" a green icon of some sort?

Sounds good to me. Now that we've started playing with queues I'm starting to see more of the different states interact and they do bleed together a bit much.

Hey look at that. Only took a couple centuries but we finally got around to deploying some updated icons.
