Creating topics while not logged in.

I tried creating a topic while not logged in (I registered earlier) and I got a validation error asking me to login first because the given email was already registered. I'm assuming this is a security feature so one person doesn't attempt to pose as another.

However there should be an easy way to go about logging in from here without losing my message. Maybe add a password field underneath the email address after you show that message?

Yep, definitely a workflow that needs some work. I'll see if I can't get this in before launch somehow...

Better late than never but we've deployed a fix for this. The workflow now goes:

    1. You create an issue with an email already in the system
    2. The issue is marked private (so it's now shown to the public)
    3. You are redirected to a login screen to log in and claim your issue
