Hi team,

is there any option to manage the images used in the KB-articles? The file drawer is ok to add new pictures but it's not at all useful to delete old images cluttering the file drawer. Keeping those might lead to further confusion when creating new KB articles.

Maybe I'm missing a major option in the back end, but here's what I think would be very useful to have:

* a place in the KB backend, displaying all used images (maybe similar to what wordpress does with existing images in a blog)
* for each single image show all KB-articles the image is used in (otherwise how would support staff know which image is ok to remove without destroying other KB-articles)

The existing file drawer currently displayed when editing KB-articles is impossible to use as soon as a KB base get's to a certain size.

What do you think?

Best, steve

    Steve -

These are all good suggestions. We definitely have improving the attachments management on the list for Tender development. We don't have anything scheduled in the next several sprints, but I've attached this discussion to a development ticket and when we have it in active development we'll update this discussion.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
