PDFing Knowledge Base/FAQ Articles
We're getting requests from customers asking if the FAQ articles can be PDFed for easy printing. Any plans for a print function? I know the user can print the web page and it doesn't' come out terribly but we deal with people that love a paper trail and they like to be able to print and file away help instructions. Thanks!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

That's actually a really cool idea. I can't say we've talked about expanding the FAQ area much more than advanced search and Knowledge-Base results when submitting issues. I'll bring this up with the team and see what they think. If anything I assume we would add some very clean css print styles so it would print in a much nicer format. I haven't every actually printed anything out myself.
