Show queue selection if no queue assigned

I'm finding myself replying to threads and forgetting to add them to a queue. In most cases I want them in a queue so that if the user replies and it shows up in our inbox again, I know that the issue has already been triaged. Could you give us an option to make the selection box visible if no queue has been assigned, as a sort of reminder to set a queue?

   Not sure I follow what you mean by selection box visible... do you mean the queue list in the blue bar at the top of discussion view pages?

   Yes, sorry, that's what I mean. Simple use case:

   • Open a discussion
   • Post reply
   • See the box is open, pick a queue before closing the window and forgetting about the discussion
   • Edit
