Suggestions for knowledge base editing tools / UI
Hey guys,
A couple of suggestions for the Knowledge Base features.
1. Additional header sizes - if no additional headers, additional font sizes
2. Add colors for font - would be great to include red and blue for various highlights in articles
3. PLEASE can we make the editing window bigger for KB article edits? It is so tiny, and frankly a pain in the rear to navigate in such a small space. If you can do any of these three suggestions, this last one would be my top choice!

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Which headers are you talking about? If you have custom CSS on your site you can control the headers sizes, as well as colors for fonts. Also, you should be able to resize the KB editing window by grabbing the bottom right corner and dragging with your mouse. This should resize the window to something more easily navigated on large documents.
Let us know if you're having problems resizing the content window.

Wow I broke my own rule of customer support by not even checking your KB first. In a rush today, sorry and thanks for the reply.
