Mass Delete & VBulletin Import

We recently made the jump to Tender for our customer support. While we've mostly had a good experience transitioning, there have been a few bumps in the road.

For one, we're routing our support@[ourdomain].com email to Tender and we have MANY emails like "X is now following your updates on Twitter" that have been entered as tickets. It would be nice if there was a way to easily mass-delete tickets (without marking them as spam).

Also, it would be nice if we could import threads from VBulletin, which we've been using for the last few years. We have a lot of support-related posts that we don't want to lose.

Thanks for listening, and keep up the great work!

Thanks for the suggestions. We're going to be improving our delete / spam workflow a bit in the coming weeks, so hopefully I can address some of those problems.

As for a VBulletin import - it's something we'd love to build, but probably going to be a ways off before we get there. Do you have an example dump / export from VBulletin? That might help speed things up if it's possible.
