Email actions for resolve/mark as spam?

A feature I'd love to see is being able to perform actions on a discussion just by replying to the emails tender sends out.

In particular, quite often people re-open a resolved thread by replying with 'Thanks!'. I receive that as an email, I have to re-visit tender, log in, and re-resolve the thread. It would be awesome if I could just reply to that email with a body of something like '!!resolve', and have Tender handle the rest for me.

Similarly, I quite often get tender emails that are obviously spam, and being able to mark them as such via email would save me a lot of time.

Any thoughts?

Yes, we want to add this pretty soon actually. We've talked with some other customers already about using hashtags. For instance, at the bottom of this message I could add:

    # open
    # resolve (or resolved)
    # spam
    # public/private
    # notify bob (add "bob" was a watcher of this issue)
    # queue whatever (add to a queue)

That's the thought, anyway. We have a couple big updates coming out, and then this will probably be in the push after that.
