add account name in discussions
Some hefty percentage of our support requests require us to ask the reporter their account name (croaky.hoptoadapp.com, etc.). This slows down the process.
It would be very helpful for us to have an optional or required field for the new discussion form to capture their account name as reporting time.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

I'm still on the fence on adding custom fields (as it adds quite a bit of complexity). In the meantime, since you guys are using our automatic login process, you can automatically pull this information in with the authentication information.
