I wanted to comment on, https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/225-custom-brand... but comments are closed so I'm writing this here:

This bit me too. I don't necessarily want or expect a $5 extra plan as that suggestion suggested, but I think it would be nice if when setting things like this up, when in trial mode, the app made it clear what settings belong to what plan. I'm thinking maybe the textfields are color coded or the background of the area is color coded...something to make it clear that using that setting puts you into the $49 plan.

   i want to second this... if its necessary. i am a one man shop guy with an app coming out, and want to offload support somewhere professional. with your trail, i really am not sure what will stay with the $19 plan or not. like in customization section - there is css to customize my message up top, and another at the bottom - which one stays with the $19 dollar plan? not sure. will keep looking around, but obvious clarity here is a definite need.

   also, looking through your faq - it would be good here also to mark which ones apply to what - as a potential user, the "Add a graphic or logo to your header" seems simple enough - but, is "Site Settings - Appearance & Text - Custom CSS" there with the basic plan? i think the alternate choice to your platform, which i will refrain from naming, allows adding a custom logo no matter what paid plan you pick... not so clear if it is the same here. hope it is!
