Gray browser background when Help widget clicked?

Would it be possible to gray out the browser screen when a user clicks on the Help & Support widget. I think this would make it more visually dynamic and appealing. Otherwise, it kind of looks like a plain, ordinary pop-up.

   I'll investigate ways to letting people customize the look & feel of the widget.
