I was wondering if it is possible to customize the "Create an Account" form. Our company solely deals with other businesses and it would be very helpful to have additional information (e.g., company name, title/position, etc.) supplied by the user when they sign-up for an account. For a B2B company, this would make using Tender much easier and more productive.

Regards,
Rick

I'm sorry, but at this point in time we don't offer a way to customize any of the form fields and signup structure.

I can file the feature request for our dev team though.

One way around this (for now) is to use shared authentication from your own
application and set user variables as part of the payload. See
    https://help.tenderapp.com/faqs/setup-installation/login-from-cookies for
more information. Essentially the user would login to one of your sites
somewhere, where they'd set their company details and so on, which would be
sent as part of their request and shows up on their ticket. This is one of
the specific reasons why we built this feature.
That being said, having user-defined input fields on tickets *is* on the
roadmap, but it's not likely the near future (1-2 months).
