Messaging could be more visible
First off, the Tender design is very nice.
My only request is that the messaging (eg. we are processing your request, your issue has been posted, etc.) really disappears because it is the color grey. Sometimes I find myself waiting or wondering what happened only to realize moments later that you've given me a message and I was waiting in vein.
Of course there are many ways to skin a chat but our companies best practice is:
red - error
yellow - warning
blue or green - message
grey - support text (eg. instructions, etc.)
