Nightly email of open pending tickets
We have a thousand balls in the air, and while all of us receive incoming Tender emails in our own inboxes, sometimes an email gets missed. 1 personal email for every ticket email is pretty verbose, so they get read and then deleted, and before long 2 days have passed without a reply to the requester.
I'd love to receive an automated daily email with open issues (unanswered ones first, then the rest). I think it would almost eliminate our reply outliers, since we'd all keep that 1 email around long enough to ensure all of them were responded to.

Thanks for the suggestion Troy. I'll bring this up with the team on Monday when we meet over user feedback and see what they say. We have a few ideas as far as weekly reporting stuff goes, and maybe a daily digest could be wrapped into that.
