Issue Management Enhancement (Read and/or Mute)
When many people are managing a support queue, there is no easy way to filter out what you do and don't care about.
1) I want to see items that I've explicitly commented on and/or just want to watch/monitor
2) I want to be able to mark any item as "read" so that I could reduce the clutter for things I've read, but don't need to respond to, in watched and in general categories
3) I want the ability to mute a thread so that it won't appear in my list unless I specifically request to see muted conversations

We're adding 1 and 2 for sure in the near future. I haven't thought about muted discussions, but we'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the feedback.
