Average Response Time in Autoresponder
It would be cool to be able to include the calculated average response time in autoresponder emails.

We talked about this not long ago actually, and had some ideas to couple it in with some more advanced features. A lot of Tender users avg response time isn't so hot because of things like night and weekends, so we wanted to be able to account for some of those variables possible. It's still kind of in the idea cloud though, but I'll bring it back up with the rest of the team shortly.

Very cool. Definitely would be nice to give users a realistic time estimate.
