Discussion filter change category
We have quite a few instances where clients will post new discussions into a private category, or email our main support email address, and those discussions would be better suited for a public category instead of a private discussion that gets buried somewhere for internal eyes only.
In these cases, it would be great if we could add a discussion filter that looks for these keyword(s) and moves the discussion to a public category. As an added benefit, these filters that move the discussion to a category could also trigger an autoresponder email specifically designed for that category so the user is provided more targeted information, such as instructions, that will help resolve their issue faster by staff or public contributors.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

Thanks for the request! We're not likely to add this functionality to Tender in the near future, but I've created a development ticket for it and we'll update you if/when we have it in active development.
