IP Addresses and browser version
It would be super helpful to have IP Addresses and browser version visible as a support person for the user who submits the request.

Hi Lucas,
You can view a commenter's browser and operating system right now by clicking "EDIT" on a specific comment.
I'd like to clean up & clarify this feature, but I don't have a timeline for this yet. I'll check with a developer here to see if we can get the IP address listed.
