Would love to be able to publish KB articles from other locations
Currently, publishing a bunch of drafted KB articles at once is somewhat tedious. It would be great if there was a publish button in either or both of the following locations:
- On the draft articles screen
- On the draft article preview screen

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I'll see if we can add a publish link to the preview screen in the draft bar -- but I doubt I'll be adding it to the draft articles screen (I'm not sure that many people will be publishing lots of draft articles often)
