Recently, we upgraded our e-mail servers, and in doing so forgot
to re-enable the automatic forwarding to our support queues.
Obviously, there is nothing that your application can do about
that, but seeing as we have heartbeat notifications enabled for our
queues, it would be nice for the site admins to receive a notice
that the heartbeat has failed.

Thanks for the feedback. That is something that you have to
manually check right now though.
