I'd love if there was a quick shortcut for inserting links to
Knowledge Base articles directly into the text field when
For example if you take a look at my first response in this
You'll see that I linked to 2 KB articles. Both of which I had
to open a new tab and do a search for, copy the url and then paste
back into the reply.
What would be rad is if instead I could:
1. Click a button
2. Have it pop up a quick search field
3. I could quickly find the article (auto-suggest)
4. Click the article to insert it
Then it could also insert it with article name itself as the
link rather than just pasting the url which again would save the
additional step of formatting it this way.
