need sub-categorization in Knowledge Base
I saw on another discussion that there are no plans to incorporate sub-categories in the public discussion area. I agree; that's a good move for user experience. However, not having sub-categories in the knowledge base feels like a pretty big limitation. Is adding this in the works?

Nope! We won't be adding subcategories to the KB.
