Create Lighthouse Ticket from Tender
Not sure if this is a feature that I have just not found yet but it would smooth out the workflow a bit if you were able to create a lighthouse ticket if you were unable to find one while searching for the ticket to attach the case to.

This has now been deployed!
When you click "attach a lighthouse ticket" there's a link to create a new issue (with some default text too).
