A suggestion
Hey guys,
I was just thinking, a lot of times we have customers who either don't know better or think that they should start a bunch of questions at the same time, I was wondering if you could add something at the top next to their name that would tell us how many Open discussions are related to that person if there are more than one, like "John Adams, 2 open discussions". Related to that, you have a split discussion feature, what about a merge discussion feature as well? That would really come in handy for people who reply to use in a new email instead of hitting the handy "reply" button in the email.
Keep up the great work!
Cheers,
Raphael

Raphael,
We are currently discussing ways to add a merge discussion feature. That is in the plans but I don't have an ETA I can give you.
As for your other suggestion, if you click on an individual users name, it'll tell you have many discussions they have open. It does unfortunately involve another click, but the information is there!

Thanks for the quick reply Amanda, glad to hear it's in the works! I did
know about the click to see the other discussions, it would just be nice
to know if there are more than one open, it would be useful information
without having to click each time!
Cheers,
Raphael
