Hi,

I'd like to make a suggestion about your product. I'm using it for a few months now with great pleasure.
Could there be some Draft function for replying on discussions via webbrowser? When I reply on a discussion from a customer, sometimes I need to type allot and change program's/browser windows in the mean time, I'm always afraid of losing my broswer window so I'll copy/paste it into a text editor to be sure not to lose the text I already wrote.

Kind regards,

David

    David,

What we do internally is to save the draft response as an internal reply, then just copy and paste it.
