Increase the amount of allowed staff in your plans
I think it's a little cheap to only allow 5 support staff at 69 per month.

Hey Andreas.
We're told quite the opposite by most our customers, who say that Tender is too inexpensive for the value it provides them and that are competitors are over double or more from our price range.
That's less than $14 per staff per month though, which is extremely low. Any lower and we would lose money by continuing to work on Tender. It wouldn't be worth our time to provide the service and maintain it for people to use.
If anything, we'll be moving a la carte staff based pricing. You select a general feature package and how many Staff members you want, at a flat rate per staff member. Chances are the cost of Tender will increase slightly because you are able to save money being modular.
We do everything we can to keep the product as affordable as possible. If the pricing is an inconvenience, we're sorry. There isn't much we can do that wouldn't jeopardize the future of Tender.
