Ability for Users to Author Knowledge Base Articles
Here's a feature request -- that anyone can create a knowledge base article and submit to the company for review. A company employee would then make any edits, appropriately categorize, and publish the knowledge base article.

We have some ideas on this where users can create drafted articles or drafted revisions to existing articles. Some of the code has ben deployed, but it'll likely be a post-launch feature.
