Abilty to Attach File to New Discussion
Feature request -- To add a file to new discussions. It appears a file can be added when commenting, but not added to a new discussion.
Discussions are closed to public comments.
If you need help with Tender please
start a new discussion.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Already done, just needs to be deployed. You should see it by the end of today.
