Prompt for pw if using existing email, instead of just saying "log in"

Tried to comment on a Tender I had never used before (help.hoptoadapp.com). I got an error message saying my email already existed and I should log in.

That meant I had to copy the comment I had written, log in, and post it again. Would be a lot smoother if I would just have seen something to the effect of "An account exists for this email – what's the password?", so I could provide the pw and continue posting the comment.

We've got a fix for this in the works, should be deployed soon.

Heyyy, I replied on the staging server. Sorry if you got that email. I have to be more careful about that. The ticket is nearly done, but we're hitting some snags on some edge cases (assets, openid, etc).

We've deployed a fix for this. The workflow now goes:

    1. You create an issue with an email already in the system
    2. The issue is marked private (so it's now shown to the public)
    3. You are redirected to a login screen to log in and claim your issue
