It would be handy to be able to merge multiple discussions into one. Particularly for discussions where the customer's reply doesn't get associated to the discussion they were replying to via email.

   Tamara,

   This is a common request and we are exploring ways to implement it. I will add this discussion to the existing ticket we have for this issue so that you will updated whenever we have made changes.
