My Discussions
Users should be able to get to a list of the discussions that they are involved with to quickly see what responses are etc. This should be both created by and responded to.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

start a new discussion.

+1, I'd like to see this include all topics I've started, and those I've replied to. Also have the ability to flag topics I'm interested in to appear there.

It would also be useful for a support staffer to be able to see all discussion they have had involving a user, so if they get a new email request they can check other requests they've received by that user.

+1, a list in homepage would be nice. Customers always return to see the status of their requests.

For everyone that is not a support member there's now a list of open issues you're involved with on the homepage. I didn't end up putting it there for support members since it gets a little hectic.
