I want to host localized versions of my FAQs on Tender
I thought that was the intent of https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/104-i18n-interna... , from the OP:
I need to provide help in french and in german to my customers (some of which can't handle more than 5 words in english).
But it was resolved by forking Tender's strings. I'm glad that the interface of the Help Desk will be localized, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. I really need to have multiple localizations of my FAQs on Tender and with API support to boot. Is that something you all were planning to implement?
Thanks,
Mike

Hey Mike,
Yes. All FAQs will have their titles and content localized.

OK, cool. How do I get started? Where can I upload localized versions of my FAQs? I have a Dutch localization that's ready to roll...
Thanks,
Mike

As you can imagine the i18n code changes touch almost every part of the app, so we have to run it all through a QA process. Extracting the strings was just the first step.
We should have it ready for you this week.

I hope I'm being dense on this one, but I still don't see any way to host localized versions of my help desk documentation on Tender. Is this functionality exposed only through the API?
Thanks,
Mike

i18n is still in development. Localized documentation isn't possible yet.
