replying to a discussion. Does it send the orginal user an email?
If a discussion was started by forwarding an email to tender and we comment & resolve, will the original user received an email with response?

When a support user forwards an email into Tender, the original author is shown in the discussion. In that case, yes, the original author is used. If the original author is not used, this email address is not a supporter of your site. You can add extra emails that get forwarding privileges in the
