"This is a private issue, don't let the public see it".
Currently, on our private account, when creating a new issue there is a checkbox is labeled "This is a private issue, don't let the public see it". This is a bit misleading for our employees since the public never see any tickets.
I think it's useful for our employees to be able to see most of the issues other employees have had before reporting a new one, and I'd like to discourage them from checking the box unless it really is a personal/private issue they only want to share with the support staff.
Perhaps on private accounts, the label can read: "This is a private issue, only let support staff see it".

I originally had this under "Suggestions" but, apparently, the opposite of "bad" is not "awesome" (it's just "good"). I had to resolve the captcha and I didn't notice the category had flipped back to "Problems". Bug?

Thanks for the suggestion. Makes sense.
