Can't upload pictures
Hello,
I have uploaded many pictures before for our FAQs but for some reason, it doesn't seem to be work right now. I am guessing their is a bug, but it could be user error.
As an example, you can look at the first image on my FAQ page: https://aptanastudio.tenderapp.com/faqs/aptana-studio-editor-featur...
The URL I was given for the uploaded file is:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/entp-tender-production/assets/2a0eb880f612b...
However, it is giving me an AccessDenied warning.
Is it possibly there was a modification made to the website that removed the ACL update to make sure these files were readable?
Thanks!
Joelle

Hey Joelle,
I ran a few attempts to replicate the issue and came up short. I tried several filetypes and had no luck. Everything worked as expected.
Does it do this all the time on every file? Or is it just on that one instance?

Hello Will,
Yes, I am still having this issue. I tried uploading again. The URL given says:
I directly try to access http://s3.amazonaws.com/entp-tender-production/assets/9d0c0679d4bd8... and get access denied.
Can you access? Are you sure, permissions are being set correctly on files that I upload?
Regards,
Joelle

I'm seeing the same error on the url as you are describing. However, when I attempt to replicate it with a different file/account, or under your user profile with a png file of my own, it works fine.
Can you attach the file you are attempting to upload here? Is it happening on every file type or just this one particular image/png file?

It's happening pngs. It seems like Jpg are working for me.

Is there another way you can send me the file? [email blocked] if you want to attach it to an email and send it to me. For some reason that specific png is not wanting to process through tender/s3 at all.

Okay, I just sent it to you via another email.

That file is definitely corrupt for me. Gmail can't render it, same for my mail.app, and when I attempt to download the image it thinks it is a different file type or program in OSX and requests permissions to run it.
