Responding from the wrong account by accident- flow?
What's the flow when you accidentally respond to a customer from your personal email address, instead of the confirmed work email? I see it show up under the discussion as me, but the #resolve hash tag wasn't stripped out- did my response actually go through to the customer, or is it just viewable to me while logged in under my work email?

The response will go through through the the customer and to your work email since they are both in the discussion, but the resolve tag isn't accepted because it's not a supporter account.
