Spam on our tenderapp!

Hello, we're experiencing some kind of spam in our account of tender that we're using for the Cloud app (getcloudapp.com) support. You can see an example here: http://cld.ly/014yc

Is there some kind of way to avoid this? This guy (I would say bot) is writing comments in about all our new support tickets. We've already marked as spam, and deleted but it seems the spam filter only make effect in that certain support ticket.

   Thanks for the reply Will. Please take a look ASAP, this guy-bot is writing comments ON EACH ticket our users adds. It's strange, we didn't had this problem before, and do have the spamm filter enabled.

   It looks like an out of office reply. The user was subscribed to multiple categories. You can edit it from the member management page, but it looks like someone already disabled the user.
