ScribbleLive Support Uptime
The uptime on our support site http://support.scribblelive.com over the weekend has been 4.53% according to Pingdom. This morning it is performing very slowly. We need this site up and running again asap. It is our primary support site and we can't be without it. Can we get an ETA on a fix?

Hey Jonathan,
We sincerely apologize about the issues.
We're currently working side by side with our host to restore the sever to it's normal state and get things back up to speed as soon as possible.
We saw elevated response times over the weekend as well, but from what I know the site was just extremely slow yet reachable.
