Replies not getting posted

Hello,

When I attempt to reply to an issue on our support forms (support.appcelerator.net), I am given a message saying my comment has been posted successfully, but it is not displayed on the issue I replied to. Any ideas?

    Hey Kevin,

    Our system queue has been backing up, causing heavy delays in response times and updates to the site.

    We're currently working with our host to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Sorry about the issues.
