Removing Custom CSS
Hello,
We recently tried out your trial account and decided to upgrade to your Basic plan. However, we are using custom CSS which is only available on the Plus plan. It appears that we have a problem with the billing since we selected a Basic plan but are still using the Plus plan's custom CSS, so I tried to remove the custom CSS so that it would bill us properly, but it still said that we were using the custom CSS. I don't know if there is just a waiting period or what, but the site says that it will bill us on Nov. 30th which was the last day of our trial.
I'm not honestly sure how to resolve this, but I figured you guys would like to get paid :-)

Ah, thanks for the feedback. If you're on the Basic plan, you'll be charged the Basic plan's rates.
