Hey we love Tender here, but I started noticing that some ppl didn't finish the ticket submission process:
1) They fill the form
2) Click Post Issue/Topic
3) Don't read what's on the page and leave

The problem is that on step 3 you have a confirmation page asking the user to double-check this is not answered in the FAQ. But some ppl don't read that page and think the ticket is submitted.

This is a big issue 'cause some ppl think we're not replying to their questions. I'd prefer having duplicates than losing tickets.

Thanks, we're aware of the issue. There was a specific reason things were done the way they were, but we've heard loud and clear that it's not working out. We'll be fixing it really soon.
