    Hey awt,

We sincerely apologize about the issue and are currently investigating to figure out what might be occurring.

Could you please tell us the steps of what you were doing when you encountered the issue?

I was responding to emails in the inbox. I noticed after commenting and going back to the inbox that the issues were still in the inbox. Checking the issues, my comment was not attached. After commenting again, my comment would stick. Just happened again right now.

Yes. I noticed an awful lot of redirects after submitting the comment as well.

I'm working on replicating the issue on your account for the time being while looking for errors in the logs.

It doesn't appear to be a system-wide issue. I also don't see your comments going to spam or any other location.

Not to be presumptuous as I have no idea how your system is set up, but you might find something by checking the http logs for groups of requests coming from me. It seemed like the I saw several very quick redirects, switching between http and https before the page would refresh.

We made some changes to the SSL stuff last night, and that very well could have been the issue. I managed to replicate it twice but it was prior to looking for any possible issue with redirects.

Rick just tweaked some code to fix a possible bug with it bouncing from http to https causing the comment to drop. We just deployed the change and are going to keep testing to see if we can replicate it. It appeared to only happen on basic plan using http, so again, that would have made sense. thanks for noticing that. User feedback with that level of observation helps a lot.
