Issues with Commenting/Acknowledging

Hey folks,

I'm hitting the issue where my comment/response to an issue is not having any visible affect on the issue - this occurred once before and I think it was some sort of caching problem.

   Something is putting them in the trash. You can safely restore them, while we fix the issue.

   I am also experiencing the same problem. It started at around 5pm EST
