Invalid link
Hi guys,
First of all, let me tell you that Tender is amazing. I developed my company's existing support desk and must say that you guys have done an excellent job. Hats off to you all.
1) The "Go To" link at the top should not be mandatory. I intend on using Tender as a way of providing free advice to my clients, but don't have a "product website" so to say, so I left the associated field blank. However, the link at the top insists on linking to "http://" which is wrong and equates to a broken link. If I point it back to tender, that is a usability problem because people expect to go somewhere else when they click a link.
May I suggest, therefore, that you put in a conditional statement which says, "Only show a link back to the product's URL if a URL has been provided."
2) Separately, how can I go about changing the logo text? I understand that I can change the product name, but forcing the word "Support" after it is an unnecessary insistence. Can you not have a separate setting for the logo text? At the moment, "Ask Fahed Support" sounds very wrong :(
Many thanks

Hey Fahed,
Thanks for the feedback. I'll pass this along to the team. We definitely would like to make Tender a little more flexible in this regard.
