How to block out of office autoreply messages from being posted?
One of my users Out of Office auto reply keeps posting to our discussions. Is there a way to block a particular member from replying via email or to filter these? I've been deleting them manually.

an email reply command for delete just last response might make it easier to manually remove these
e.g.
#delete-last

We'll be adding filters early next year for this. You can actually block emails for a specific user if that's what you want. I can add a manual block for you (there is no UI exposed for this yet). We use this now to block various spam bots.
We did look into detecting these ourselves, but I couldn't find a good foolproof method. They were all basically simple pattern matchers, and would've blocked an email like this discussion.
I like the command idea though. What about
#delete-commentfor deleting the comment that you're being notified of?#delete-lastcould accidentally delete a new reply if you're unlucky.Nicole closed this discussion on 03 Feb, 2010 10:27 PM.
