Can't log into main Tender for support
Anytime I come from my tender site, to this main site for support I am not logged in. On the main tender login page it says to log into my tender account and i'll be automaticlly logged in here, but it never works. In addition I can't seem to log in here with my credentials.
This happens to me in both Chrome and Internet Explorer so I doubt its a browser issue.

Hey John,
Each Tender account is unique, so your membership won't pass from one Tender to another. You still have to create a new profile to login. Of course this is automatically done when you submit a new discussion.
Off the top of my head, I'm not 100% sure if they have the automatic login stuff hooked up when you go from an outside Tender to ours. I'll look into that.

Ok I see. I guess I misunderstood what is stated on the login page:
I read that as meaning my login from my Tender site would carry over. I guess I thought that was so that you would have my account linked to the support system here.
I'll just create a new profile.

Hah, yea that is confusing. The wording is meant for integration with other systems. We're trying to be careful with this, Tender integrating into itself might create a paradox :)
Seriously though, we didn't design Tender as a social network on purpose. We didn't want customers that use Tenders on unrelated products to run into weird issues. But, you do bring up a very good point. We'll likely start adding the same SSO integration in Tender, so you can easily jump to help.tenderapp to file an issue without worrying about creating a profile.
