Email discussions disappearing, and resolved discussions found in trash

Hi,
We've had an issue with discussion threads disappearing altogether.
Also another issue where we have found some discussions marked as 'resolved' in the trash. They still look like normal resolved discussions when we open them, but they are in the trash folder.

Any thoughts?

   Hey Troy,

   Do you have a link to a discussion where this occurred? Or have you restored them already? Are these active discussions? Where multiple people have posted?

   We don't have any other reports at the moment of this, but we'll take a look just to be on the safe side.

   Here is one that has had a note added to it, as the discussion had been changed by us from a private discussion to a public discussion, although the note does not appear and the discussion is now in trash.

   Also, of the ones that were restored yesterday I believe there were some that we had responded to and resolved.

   We do not have any automatic processes that move discussions to the trash. Are you sure someone isn't deleting the discussion? The only time things move to the trash automatically is when they fail the spam check. These actions move items to the trash:

   • Deleting a discussion or comment
   • Marking a user as a spammer. All of their discussions/comments are trashed.
   • Changing a discussion's category. A duplicate discussion in the new category is created, and the old discussion is trashed, and redirects to the new discussion in the new category when viewed.
