Syntax: {% if support %}(Support staff){% endif %} doesn't seem to work
I submitted a test ticket from a personal email account, and one of our staff members replied, but (Support staff) didn't appear next to her name. She is listed as a support user in our member settings. Thanks!

Just to clarify, this is in a custom mail template in the support.batchbook.com site?

Hi Rick,
Yes, I enabled the new email template feature for our private categories. I removed some stuff from the template, but didn't add to or change any of the existing syntax.
