long html strings in tickets
Hello,
we are still getting long strings of characters and html in our tickets. I heard that there was supposed to be some changes made on your part that would prevent this from happening, so I thought I'd let you know that we're still seeing it in our account (Joomlashack)

Do you have a URL to that discussion? We try to strip those redundant date lines, but try to be careful about stripping something we want to keep.
